  9:45 Listen to morning chant
  9:50 Sitting Meditation (Bell will ring 3 times to begin and ends with 1 ring - Led by Sean)
10:05 Walking Meditation (Led by weekly discussion leader)
10:25 break (maintain noble silence)
10:30 Dharma Discussion (weekly volunteer)
11:25 break (maintain noble silence)
11:30 Sitting Meditation (Bell will ring 3 times to begin and ends with 1 ring - Led by Sean)
11:45 Announcements followed by tea/snacks and fellowship
 

Comfortable and loose fitting clothes are highly recommended. Please feel free to bring your own chairs or floor cushions, but we also have some available for you to use if you need one.

Parking is free on Sunday. Please come to the front door (9 Mile) as we are keeping the back door locked. If you happen to come during walking meditation, the door may be locked, please knock and someone will let you in or if it is nice weather, we are most likely walking around the block and will return within 20 minutes.
